The Hunslet Club has been meeting the needs of thousands of young people in South Leeds for over seventy years. The club provides a wide ranging evening and weekend programme of youth based activities including football, musical theatre, boxing, performing arts, cheerleading, gymnastics, hip-hop, ballet and other leisure activities for over 2,000 young people per week to help them reach their full potential.


The Hunslet Club has over 75 years experience developing the skills of children and young people of all ages.

We work with a wide range of primary and secondary schools in the Leeds area providing support with the delivery of sports and PE sessions. Our training doesn’t end in the PE class. We offer further development to support staff with progressing their skills further.

The Club also offers sessions over lunchtime periods or after-school clubs

We devise flexible programmes to suit the needs of individual schools. Our programmes include
